I weighted in 104 kg this week. That’s a 3,2 kg more in 6 weeks. And it’s ‘only’ 104 kg because I ate healthy the week I was on vacation.
At the end of the summer I had the goal to weight under the hundred by my birthday. I missed it by a nose. But after my birthday I missed a challenge. I got myself in a downward spiral and gave up on my good intentions for the seventieth time this year.
But the vacation was great and gave me courage to go at it again. For the 71st time.

I now have a subscription to the local pool and already went swimming three times in the last four days. The pool was closed on Wednesday due to Veterans Day.
*grin*
I’m on a roll. Hopefully on a long lasting upwards spiral.
